40+ year product lifespan
The manufacturers supplying us with concrete sleepers adhere to the Australian standard AS3600/2018 and are certified by a structural engineer as per the data sheets provided. This ensures that the sleepers are designed for a product lifespan exceeding 40+ years.
Steel Reinforcement Provides Strength
Concrete sleepers are embedded with steel bars or mesh, boosting their tensile strength. All 40MPa concrete sleepers have 2 x N12 Reo bars accurately placed using patented and engineered Reo support chairs. These ensure the reinforcement is placed correctly in every Sleeper that leaves the manufacturing facility.
